After being pre-qualified, you will need to provide the following documents if applicable:

- Your last 2 bank statements
- Your last 2 pay stubs (or enough to cover a 30 day period)
- Your last 2 W-2's
- Social Security/VA disability award letter
- VA eligibility letter
- Any asset documentation (ie. savings account, retirement fund, investments, etc.)

* You will also need to provide a check in the amount of $350 for the appraisal.
* Most Realtors will also advise you to furnish earnest money (an initial deposit to the seller to hold the property).
