Chris W. Moore - Chris was born and raised in Felton, Delaware. He attended the University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelors and Masters Degree. Chris has worked in the credit/mortgage industry since 1974 and has held several senior management positions. His objective to operate a local, family-owned mortgage company became a reality in June 2006. Chris looks forward to working with his family to ensure that our clients receive the best possible mortgage experience in obtaining financing for their new home and achieving their over-all financial objectives.

JoAnn Moore - JoAnn has been in the real estate and mortgage industries for 15 years. She provides reliable, top-notch service from your first contact through closing and beyond. She strives to be your long term trusted home loan advisor. She is very detail oriented and provides information on a variety of home financing options. JoAnn is a native Delawarean. Her hometown is Harrington and now resides in Georgetown. She enjoys gardening and playing golf.

Chad C Moore - Chad received his degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Delaware in 2005, after serving 4 years in the United States Navy as an Intelligence Specialist aboard the USS Harry S Truman. He is happily married and has a young son. Chad grew up in Milford and graduated from Milford High School in 1995. He enjoys watching movies, rooting for the Ravens, watching UFC, playing poker, and collecting vintage comic books. Chad is also an aspiring writer and author who has had mortgage-related articles featured in publications ranging from The Delaware State News, to Mortgage Originators Magazine, to Playboy.

Andrea Moore - Andrea graduated from the University of Delaware in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. After college, she spent three years working for Walt Disney World.

Andrea loves hiking, yoga, running, scrapbooking, and taking vacations to the mountains and the beach. Andrea grew up in Milford, swam on the Shawnee Country Club swim team, played Milford Little League softball, participated in high school musicals and sports, and graduated from Milford Senior High School in 1999.

Brynn Richardson -Brynn Richardson currently attends Delaware Technical and Community College where she is majoring in Business Management and Marketing. She is in her last year of obtaining her Associates degree. After she graduates with her Associate’s degree, she plans to take a year off and work full-time and go back to college to get her Bachelor’s degree.

Brynn was born and raised in Milford, Delaware and graduated from Milford High School in 2006. Brynn loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, scrapbooking, and relaxing.
